Edinburgh Letting Centre has recently introduced a few changes to the way we conduct viewings and advertise our properties. We always try to be on the forefront of tenant and landlord friendly letting and property management in Scotland – and that is why we have introduced online viewings and purchased a top notch professional full frame DSLR camera which from now on will be our main photographic ‘workhorse’.

Some viewers do not have time to attend viewings, some cannot find available timeslots suitable for them. Some had viewed so many properties that they have forgotten how they look like and would like to refresh their memories. This is why we have introduced Online Viewings – we are most likely the first of the Edinburgh letting agents to introduce 3D viewing technology. Our new 360 degrees camera records a dynamic full 3D picture of the property and the surrounding areas. We are providing this service to all landlords and tenants – it is not a premium package.

Full frame DSLR camera

Our new Canon EOS 5D camera takes wonderful, full frame photos, showing more details of properties we manage. In early April 2020 three Edinburgh Letting Centre’s staff members will receive further training in professional photography so that we can take even better photos of properties put on the market.
