Karen joined ELC Sales and Lettings as Head of Maintenance, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in administration, customer service and property management. Having spent almost eight years as a Property Management Coordinator with Your Move, Karen has extensive knowledge of residential lettings, contractor management, property compliance and maintenance coordination, making her an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

As Head of Maintenance, Karen leads all aspects of our maintenance department, ensuring repairs, compliance and improvement works are managed efficiently from start to finish. She works closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to deliver prompt, cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that maintenance issues are resolved quickly and professionally, helping to protect our clients’ investments and keep our properties in excellent condition.

Karen’s wealth of experience, calm approach and commitment to getting things done have transformed the way maintenance is managed at ELC. She is widely respected by colleagues, landlords and contractors alike for her reliability, professionalism and ability to keep even the most complex projects running smoothly.
