Alex joined ELC Sales and Lettings in 2020 and has established himself as one of the company’s key leaders. Having rapidly progressed through the business to become Lettings Manager, he now heads our New Business division, helping landlords maximise the value of their property investments while delivering a seamless and professional onboarding experience.

With an excellent understanding of the Edinburgh rental market, Alex works closely with new and existing landlords to provide expert advice on rental values, legislation, compliance and marketing strategies. He takes pride in building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and outstanding communication, ensuring every client receives tailored advice and a service that exceeds expectations from the very first conversation.
