We are a property management and letting agency in Edinburgh, Bruntsfield, established in January 2003. We cover Edinburgh, the Lothians (Midlothian, West Lothian and East Lothian) and Fife.

As ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Propertymark regulated letting agents we comply with ARLA guidelines. Four of our key Edinburgh letting agents hold highest NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) qualifications available in Scotland: Residential Lettings and Property Management, Scotland, Level 6. We were one of the first Edinburgh Letting Agencies on Scottish Letting Agent Register.

We charge no hidden fees. Landlords pay only 10% + VAT management fee and 175+VAT marketing fee, so there are no inventory, check in, check out fees, charged by most other Edinburgh letting agencies.
