I am a landlord and have let my flat via ELC for a number of years. During that time I have had two tenants. Both were carefully selected by ELC and have been good tenants. The first couple stayed for ages and when they moved on to buying their first property, ELC found another excellent tenant without any void period. They are prompt with actioning any repairs required by tenants and prompt in keeping me informed. They are prompt in issuing statements and payments. The team are all lovely and helpful and know the local market well. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

During both tenancies Calum was a friendly and helpful agent who responded quickly to any concerns. He provided a good service throughout and was fair in both move out inspections. This review would be a 5 star had it not been for a leak that damaged our ceiling and caused us an incredible amount of stress. Although I understand that ELC could not have anticipated or prevented the leak from another flat, I do feel that, we, the tenants were the ones who were left worst off.
