Our Service in Brief

• We offer a full management service.
• We do not charge any set up fees and there are no additional fees other than inspection and advertising.
• We use an independent referencing agency to vet all prospective tenants.
  (It is extremely thorough and ensures that we only get quality tenants)
• Our contract states exactly what we are employed to do. If we make a mistake, let us know. We will apologise and return the management fee for that month.
• We never lose sight of the fact that our client’s interests come first.
